Join me in beautiful Northwest Montana for my annual Bigsky Photo Retreat. Explore this picturesque region with local know how and capture beautiful photographs of this abundantly scenic area. Visit Glacier National Park and experience the enchanting Flathead Valley.
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
~ Arrive at the Samaa Retreat Center in Bigfork, MT.
~ Welcome reception with light snacks, photo location and equipment review.
~ Sunset tour of Flathead Lake.
Day 2: Glacier National Park
~ Visit Glacier National Park
~ See the epic beauty of Lake McDonald, Avalanche Lake, Going to the Sun Road
~ Picnic lunch and snacks provided at Logan Pass / Hidden Lake trailhead
~ Return to Retreat Center
Day 3: Swan Lake Region
~ Visit the shores of Swan Lake and surrounding area
~ Hike the Bond Creek or Jewel Basin trail
~ Picnic lunch and snacks provided
Day 4: Morning Exploration & Departures
~ Walk the legendary Wild Mile to Bigfork MT
~ Casual breakfast at Retreat Center

Accommodations for the retreat are at Samaa Retreat Center in Bigfork Montana which serves as our home base for various excursions. Located on 10-private acres this beautiful retreat center nestled beneath the Mission mountains is the perfect launch point for our adventure.
